Wellcontrol Drilling Solutions (WDS) warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of shipment. The warranty covers repair or replacement of any defective part or product during the specified warranty period, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
The warranty is valid for products purchased directly from Wellcontrol Drilling Solutions (WDS) or its authorized distributors. The warranty is void if the product has been subject to misuse, unauthorized repair, negligence or modification.
To make a warranty claim, contact Wellcontrol Drilling Solutions (WDS) within the warranty period and provide details of the issue.
Wellcontrol Drilling Solutions (WDS) will assess the claim and, if deemed valid, will repair or replace the defective items.
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, storage or use.
Product used for purposes other than intended.
The liability of Wellcontrol Drilling Solutions (WDS) under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. In no event shall Wellcontrol Drilling Solutions (WDS) be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.
